As with all changes, we expect a few hiccups. We are hopeful this tutorial on how to use Eventbrite will help make transitioning to a new ticketing system seamless.
How to use Eventbrite:
On the Evenbrite website, click the green “TICKETS” button:
Select the number of tickets you’d like to purchase in the drop down menu then click “CHECKOUT.”
Members, be sure to select “Enter Promotional Code” if the event offers a member discount. When discounts are applicable, the code will be listed in the Eventbrite event description as illustrated below.
Once on the payment page, you can enter your credit/debit card information OR select “Pay by Check” from the drop down menu:
If you are paying by credit/debit card, enter the required information and follow the steps to complete the purchase. You will receive an email receipt for your payment. If you select “Pay by Check” you will see the following screen:
Once you click the green “Pay by check” button your space will be reserved; all you have to do is show up with your checkbook!
